If you're looking for a spot to hole up at a decent price and to participate in sledding/snow play, look no further! I'm not a Besf Western guy, but these guys were great. Alexis did an awesome job helping out with anything that was needed. My only complaint is that my 6 year old said the sofa bed wasn't comfortable (she wasn't wrong considering one of the springs had sprung that went across. Delicious cookies nightly, hot tub and heated pool, and a great full breakfast.
Great hotel. The king room with the sofa is very spacious, the room was well appointed and very clean. Staff very friendly. The shower even had an optional rain from the ceiling shower head. Worth the money for sure.
We stayed for 3 nights for a vacation rockhounding around the area. The room was great. Bed was pretty comfortable, but we did not like the pillows. The shower was good. Sometimes the hot water would take awhile to get going. This place and town is a very busy place! The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Its very conveniently located next to a grocery store and coffee shop. I would recommend and come back here if we visited again.

It didn't matter if it was day or night—everyone at the front desk was super friendly, helpful, and had a genuine smile. That 24-hour service really makes a difference. The room was sparkling clean, which is always a top priority, and the bed was comfortable. You can tell they take pride in keeping the whole property well-maintained. Finally, the breakfast was way better than standard hotel fare. A great selection of hot items meant we were properly fueled up for the day without having to spend extra money. If you're looking for a clean, affordable place with genuinely good customer service and a solid free breakfast, the Snowcap Lodge is the place! Highly recommend.
Simple hotel...not anything fancy. But has an indoor pool and hot tub. The stay was great. Location great. Staff were amazing. Highly recommend staying here
We loved our stay here! We travel a lot between Eastern and Western Washington, and this has been, by far, the best hotel we’ve stayed at. The front desk folks were warm and inviting. The check in process was smooth. When we entered our room, we immediately noticed how clean everything was and the scent of fresh linens. Our room was stocked well and it was personalized. We were able to order pizza via delivery so even though there was not a restaurant on site we still found convenience. The pool area was comfortable, and the temperature of the water was great. The property is centrally located near restaurants and grocery stores. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Well, done team.
My husband and I took a spontaneous trip and chose the Snow Cap Lodge to spend the night. We really enjoyed our visit! The front desk staff (both AM/PM) were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean! The cleanest I've seen in all of our traveling. I was a former housekeeper for Best Western years ago, so I know what to look for. Our room got a 100%! Super clean towels & linens, clean refrigerator and coffee maker, even the grout and caulking were fresh and clean. Also the landscaping and grounds looks beautiful and well kept. Just a really nice place to stay and will visit again for sure. Thank you for putting in such a great effort to provide and nice place for people to stay.
